Hollywood Hills Addition

This second-story expansion of a 1920s Hollywood Hills home embraced the challenges of the hillside property and maximized its limited size. Additions to the floor plan thoughtfully accommodated the steep triangular site, stepping up the hill and encouraging movement through the property’s changing grade. The finished home features views of the sprawling euphorbia tree through each of its meandering tiers.
